I Don't Accept Cancellations after 24 hours of placing the order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders

 

Returns and exchange details:

If you are unhappy with your purchase contact me within 3 days.

If misspelling occurs based on spelling from the customer, the item will not be replaced. If I misspell a word then, I will replace.

I will exchange your item(s) or refund your money minus the shipping cost. 

The buyer is responsible for returning the item in its original condition as well as return shipping costs. 

If something happens to your package during shipping please contact me immediately. We will discuss exchanging the item or a refund (minus the return shipping cost).

Shipping policies:

 

Normal shipping is $6.00 per package we willing to combine orders if notified within a 48 hours from ordering. Any orders over $30.00 shipping is free. (Except for gazing balls shipping fee is $12.00.)

 

THERE ARE NO ADDRESS CHANGES ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED, YOU MUST PUT YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IN PRIOR TO PAYING!

All sales are final. If an item is not made correctly I will prepare a new item and replace it or issue a refund once the item is returned back to our shop. Item must be returned within 5 working days of wrong item received. If an item is lost in transit or gets damaged in transit it is up to the customer to purchase postal insurance at the time of delivery to process an insurance claim with the postal company. I am NOT responsible for lost or damaged items within shipping company! CUSTOMER MUST PURCHASE SHIPPING INSURANCE if they wish to have the package insured.

The rush order will bump your order ahead to be processed within forty-eight to seventy-two hours. I am NOT responsible for packages once they leave our office. If the shipping company causes an issue with your item or the shipping, I will assist in getting the issue resolved. Please understand that I cannot control the shipping company or how it works so please do not leave negative feedback based on delays or mishaps with the shipping company. I ship USPS First Class Mail unless a rush order is purchased, then the parcel is mailed USPS Priority Mail with a rush order. We will ship exactly as we have listed to whom is listed on the purchase receipt

THANKSGIVING WEEK SHIPMENTS ARE ONLY MONDAY AND TUESDAY OF THAT WEEK, ALL SHIPMENTS WILL RESUME MONDAY AND TUESDAY THE DAY AFTER BLACK FRIDAY! PLAN ACCORDINGLY AS THIS IS PAST OUR NORMAL TWO WEEK PRODUCTION TIME TO SHIP DURING THIS HOLIDAY! 

CHRISTMAS WEEK SHIPMENTS STOP ON DECEMBER THE 20TH AND DO NOT RESUME TILL AFTER JANUARY THE 10TH OF THE NEW YEAR. PLAN ACCORDINGLY AS THIS IS PAST OUR NORMAL TWO WEEK PRODUCTION TIME TO SHIP DURING THIS HOLIDAY!
